Sat should accept Pan

What would be the result if on entering their place of worship Christians saw, in place of their familiar symbol, an Ank, a Cross of Lorraine, a Tau Cross, a Rosy Cross, a Maltese Cross, or even a Swastika? So dear Christians, you have lost nothing. On the other hand Mr Maharaj could hardly have a problem with the Christian’s Trinity since his religion also has a Trinity, even though they stem from separate sources. The Christian Trinity actually comes from the Jewish Kabala.

Several writers mentioned that the cross was first used by pagans. For the life of me I can’t ever get a consistent meaning of that word.

The fact is that one of the earliest, if not the earliest uses of the cross as a symbol was purely scientific.

When two unlike conditions come together a third is created indicating where the lines cross each other. Even primitive man as he stood facing the dawn with arms outstretched at his sides became a natural cross. As the sun came up and cast his shadow behind him it would be in the form of a cross that was more evident to the onlooker.

The suggestion that the Trinity Cross be retained for Christians and another for everyone else has to be a no-no, since such an implementation would do nothing but divide us that much more.

Since our Prime Minister has acceded to Mr Maharaj’s pressure, he Mr Maharaj should now accept the Pan as the National Instrument which he refused to do when the announcement was first made. It’s the only honourable thing for him to do.
