Petit Valley family gets HDC home

Member of Parliament for Diego Martin Central Dr Amery Browne told Newsday last evening that the corporation had done its part in providing temporary accommodations. However, he said the house at Oropune was an “empty shell” and members of the Diego Martin family were holding discussions to decide whether they will relocate to the temporary accommodations.

He said the family had done much work in cleaning up their home yesterday.

Alexander’s home at upper Simeon Road was badly damaged Saturday by a landslide and a tree which fell and blocked the entrance to the home causing her and other family members to be trapped inside.
