Another pair from the John O’Brien barn, galloping together, B’s Passion and Grand Riviere, went smartly over 1200 metres timed in a very good one minute 16.0 seconds.

Both fillies will line up in the US$100,000 West Indian-bred Stayers Challenge over 1800 metres.

Golden Dixieland from the Terrance Thomas barn also had a good run over 800 metres, flashing speed to be timed in 49.2 seconds.

At gallops yesterday morning, the Bajan entrant Chimichurri who is in the US$50,000 West Indian-bred Juvenile Colts sprint over 1350 metres had a good run over 800 metres in 50.1 seconds.

But Magical Sign from Glen Mendez barn, working together with Readbnetweendlines sped over 600 metres in the very good time of 47.4 seconds.

Stablemate Signal Alert who is in the day’s opener the US$75,000 Imported Sprint over 1200 metres, was clocked in 48.0 over 800 metres.

Grenadilla from Anthony Nunes barn who represents Barbados and who holds the same engagement, went over 1000 metres to be timed in one minute 03.3 seconds.

And stablemate and ex-Barbados Derby winner Apostle was clocked in a sharp one minute 02.4 seconds over 1000 metres, and must not be overlooked in the US$50,000 West Indian-bred Turf Stayers Challenge over 1700 metres.
