Cross re-elected to lead RAFA

Other members elected to serve for a one-year period, January to December 2012 were: Life Vice-President, Esmond K Farfan; Vice-President, Group Capt Tyrone K Rodulfo; Chairman, Dennis T E Olivier; Vice-Chairman, Flt Lt Marlon Dowrich; Secretary, Brian M Graham; Treasurer, Peter C Bacchus; Welfare Officer, W O 1 Peter Pereira; Wings Appeal Organiser, Flt Lt Anushka Achan; Committee Members, Keith Frenche (UK), Flt Lt Kemba Protain; W O 2 Vinod Sawh.

The Branch Committee represents a balance of serving members of the Trinidad and Tobago Air Guard (the youngest Air Force in the British Commonwealth) and retired members of the Royal Air Force (RAF). They will be responsible for the stewardship of the organisation as it charts new courses into the 21st century.

A release from the association stated, “Our Branch clearly demonstrates a combination of youth and experience in its choice of leadership, which will augur well for its future development, prosperity and longevity.

“We wish to invite all serving and retired members of the Royal Air Force and the Trinidad and Tobago Air Guard, who are not yet members to join our Air Force family for the good and welfare of those who have served and who are still in service.”
