Supersad for breakaway cruise

Boarding time is 7 pm at Chaguaramas (left of Crews Inn Bar). This is a cooler cruise where patrons can bring in their own drinks and food.

Supersad who is preparing for the up-coming comedy festival will be doing all new jokes together with his chutney soca songs.

“Right now I am taking payments from anyone who does want me to joke about them in this country,” he joked.

On this topic, he says, he has been keeping a close look people who hold high office in TT and would be revealing his findings on this cruise.

Workshop 868 Orchestra is based in Diamond Village, San Fernando.

Mohan and his band have accompanied several artistes from India. He remains one of the top local guitarist and keyboard player. Mohan and his wife, Shakti planned this cruise when school is out and people have more time to relax.

He noted that there is something special going out to the sea. “The coolness of the breeze and the upbeat music will certainly provide a different feel for this fete,” he said.

His son Nykolas, a former winner of the Children of Mastana, will also perform.
