Autopsy for Tobago girl

On Thursday at 12 noon, a fishing pirogue reportedly overturned in rought waters with Toppin, her mother Sherlyn and a man who was the boat captain at the time.

Although Tobago police remained tight-lipped on the incident, sources said that the three were taken out of the water with Toppin dying hours later at the Scarborough General Hospital.

Her mother and the man were unharmed with the latter reportedly fleeing the scene. He was arrested on Thursday evening.
