TT always late — with drama

The Super-Fast Galicia successfully transporting cargo to Tobago for 20 months under this Government then we are told the former government’s contract was faulty. It was the same drama with the FATCA Bill right up to deadline date until it was passed.

Remember embassies/high commissions are reporting to their countries. Would overseas investors/companies want to invest in TT ? The passenger ferry T&T Express delayed five hours as Port Authority management did not have a replacement crew. Running on one engine for years, T&T Spirit takes two hours longer between islands.

Staff do not turn up for important meetings. Trinis late for Queen’s Hall shows and Dimanche Gras starts three hours late yearly.

The OWTU says “take your platform and go” and when frustrated employers use the wrong wording about lazy workers, they may land up in trouble. Sink, or swim TT .
