FEEL donates 200,000 lbs of rice

FEEL CEO Elena Villafana-Sylvester said, “such a significant task could not be achieved without the collaboration of many organisations.” She noted that FEEL works through a network of more than 100 Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to distribute its foodstuff island-wide.

“The CSOs register with and agree to work with FEEL to accept donations, which they are then responsible for distributing to the needy in their community.

This CSO network covers all corners of Trinidad including Cedros, Toco, Moruga, Mayaro, Chaguanas, Freeport, Carenage and there are three partners in Tobago.” FEEL is a registered charitable organisation which collects donations in bulk for distribution to CSOs dedicated to making a better Trinidad and Tobago, including organisations working in education, with the elderly, differently- abled, homeless, abused and institutions working to assist disadvantaged persons.
