No signs of trauma in man’s death

However an autopsy done yesterday at the Forensic Science Centre in St James has ruled cause of death as “undetermined” as investigators said the pathologist found no signs of trauma.

Relatives contacted police on Thursday hours after hearing news of the discovery of a body, dressed in a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and blue underpants in some bushes at Stanleyville near the Old Railway Line Settlement.

Relatives told police that Leben, a cocaine addict, was last seen dressed in the same clothing when he went missing two weeks ago. A report had been made at the Princes Town Police Station when Leben did not return home. Relatives were expected to submit samples for further DNA tests.
