Stabbed man dies at hospital

An autopsy will be carried out today to determine the cause of death. According to reports, at about 9.30 am on Thursday, the teenaged niece of Michael Lee, 52, went to his La Horquetta home and found him suffering from a stab wound to the chest. Lee confided to his niece that he had an altercation with a man who had stabbed him. Police were alerted and Lee was rushed to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex where he subsequently died. Police sources said that an autopsy will be done today to determine if Lee died from kidney failure or the stab wound.
