Bad advice from Kamla?

The Finance Ministry must start with fining Persad-Bissessar. She has publicly notified the ministry she will not cooperate in the property process. She publicly tore up a property tax form to cheers from thousands of UNC witnesses. Persad- Bissessar has placed the integrity of her legal career on the line.

The Government can’t start with making an example of middle class or poor property owners.

To retain any semblance of confidence in the justice system, the Ministry of Finance must prosecute Persad-Bissessar first.
