Missing SEA student found

A release issued yesterday by the Public Affairs Unit of the Police Service indicated Bahadur of St Margaret’s in Claxton Bay had been found. However, no other detail was given.

On Wednesday last, Bahadur’s mother Sharon Narine of Old Train Line in St Margaret’s reported to police that relatives last saw her leaving home on May 6.

Narine reported that her daughter left the family home shortly after 4 pm with an older cousin to spend time with relatives in Chaguanas.

Bahadur was allowed to spend two days with relatives in Chaguanas but she never showed up at that house.

After the mother lodged the report, the TTPS issued a media release and called on members of the public to assist with information on the teen’s whereabouts.

Yesterday, the TTPS thanked the public for its, “assistance in ensuring the teenager’s safe returned”.
