Tobago man goes missing

At the time he went missing Joseph wore a black long sleeve jersey with the American Eagle logo, a blue three quarters jeans pants and a gray and black slippers on his feet. The family reported him missing to the Moriah Police Station. Relatives reported that a week before he went missing Joseph was assaulted in an incident and received scars on his back, arm and knees.
