National Security looking for swab providers

He was speaking with Sunday Newsday yesterday at the Defence Force Sports and Family Day in Chaguaramas.

Dillon said there are a number of initiatives they are looking to achieve this year and in the area of crime detection he reported that the DNA lab will be up and running and “that will speak volumes in terms of detection.” He reported that they have already hired a DNA custodian and put out a management team and they are presently looking at providers for DNA swab kits. He also reported that the physical space for the DNA bank has been determined.
