Schools get grants

Responding to a question, Garcia said requests of the other schools are being processed and grants should be paid in June. He indicated that 485 teachers have been trained to handle children with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

He listed 180 schools in which continuous interventions are made by the ministry’s Student Support Services Division with respect to ADD and ADHD.
