Perhaps he has arrived at the conclusion that there is no honest organisation now on this island that could be trusted to bring about the rightful judgement in this complex matter.

It would now appear that not even the police has been called upon to launch an investigation into the matter.

We have now got to wait and see if the final decision of Mr Moutett is the correct one, or is the appointment of him as the sole judge and jury in this saga just another way to save the skin of those who seem to be involved in another scandal.
