President goes to St Kitts

PRESIDENT George Maxwell Richards leaves today for St Kitts to attend the ninth annual conference of the Caricom Heads of State. President Richards will be accompanied by his executive assistant Lenore Dorset and a security official.  Senate President Dr Linda Baboolal will act as President during his absence. Richards will return to Trinidad and Tobago on October 10.
