Thanks to Mt Hope Maternity

THE EDITOR: Please allow me the opportunity to publicly commend the doctors and staff at the Mt Hope Maternity Hospital. I stayed there between the period Friday September 26 to Tuesday September 30, 2003 and the professionalism, warmth and dedication of all the nurses of the birthing department and neo-natal ward cannot be surpassed. In particular I would like to thank Dr Ali and Dr Bissoon who carried out their duties in such a manner that I felt 100 percent safe in entrusting my life and that of my baby in their hands. I would also like to commend midwives A Lucas-Phillip PM and E Steverson who were also exceptional in their professional capacity. If Trinidad and Tobago would follow these professionals we would have a medical body surpassed by none. On behalf of myself and my family, I say thank you.
