Vandals disrupt D’Abadie phones
THIEVES are making life difficult for telephone subscribers in D’Abadie.
At least 600 of them have no service, all because thieves cut and stole telephone cables from along the Eastern Main Road, D’Abadie. The Telecommunication Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) said it is concerned about the inconvenience caused to its customers by this vandalism, which brought to four the number of similar incidents that occurred in the area in the past eight days. The matter has been reported to the police. TSTT said it is working on the problem and full services should be restored by today.
