Young Valley’s case adjourned

The matter involving the son of Junior Finance Minister, Ken Valley, was yesterday adjourned for the second time when the young man appeared before a Port-of-Spain magistrate.

Sean Valley, 21, of Glencoe, re-appeared before Magistrate David Harris at the Port-of-Spain Magis-trates’ Third Court on charges of using obscene language and aiding and abetting another person, Otis Grazette, to drive without a driver’s permit. The two were returning from a St Ann’s nightclub on July 11 when the incident occurred. They were arrested and charged by PC Deonanan who was then attached to the Anti-Kidnapping Squad. Valley, who was granted bail in the sum of $2,000 when he had appeared before Harris on July 18, was represented by attorney Osbourne Charles. The matter was adjourned to December 8.
