Body found in St Clair

The body of man of African descent was found under a bridge at Rapsey Street, St Clair yesterday, by a security guard patrolling the area. The deceased is believed to have lived under the bridge, where his belongings were also found yesterday. He is thought to have lived there with another man, who yesterday could not be located.
