Kudos for Ossley Francis

THE EDITOR: I shall tell you of a fellow citizen and an individual, who, like Caesar’s wife, is beyond suspicion and reproach. He is honest, sincere, truthful and never gives bad advice. He is Ossley Francis the Chairman of the Land Settlements Agency. Ossley was born and grew up in a rural area. He did quite well at academic studies and retired from the Public Service as a Senior Labour Officer. He now has a lucrative practice at the Industrial Court. Ossley served as chairman of the Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation and has track record of non-bias, fairness and concern is known to all. He single-handedly placed the Corporation on an excellent footing.

Ossley is now the Chairman of the Lands Settlement Agency, a Statutory Board under the Ministry of Housing. I am aware that he is doing a marvellous job as the Chairman. He is an individual of immaculate integrity and without fear of contradiction, I can say that he would never compromise this integrity. Ossley is a man of honour; a simple, humble, unostentatious human being. I wish to congratulate the Honourable Prime Minister for having appointed Ossley as Chairman of this very important Board. You could not have made a better choice, Prime Minister.
