Be safe, qualified drivers

THE EDITOR: Please allow me a space in your newspaper. I’ve been to Licensing Office, San Fernando recently and there are these men outside without uniform just hustling people and saying that they have contact inside Licensing Office and they can get the job done for them without going through all the systems. Please officers, look into this matter because all of this is what’s causing most of the road accidents today, we do need safe, qualified drivers in our country.
