Minister calls for med-student report

NEW Health Minister John Rahael has requested a full report on the alleged unauthorised training of four foreign medical students at the San Fernando General Hospital.
Speaking to reporters after the ceremonial opening of the Brothers’ Road Outreach Health Centre yesterday, Rahael revealed that while he was in possession of a preliminary report concerning the medical students, Chief Medical Officer Dr Rampersad Parasram had also been asked to submit a detailed report on the matter to him.
