Not on par

THE EDITOR: Independent Senator Eastlyn MacKenzie wants taxpayers to bear medical costs for politicians other than the Honourable Prime Minister, Government ministers and the Leader of the Opposition. The basis of her contention lies in the quality of the speeches made by Senators of her type! This is like putting them on par with their fellow Parliamentarians for doing nothing. This will add gain to the perception that politicians are people who turn their backs on people who put them in office!
