$2 million demand for abducted welder

MEMBERS of the Anti-Kidnapping Squad are investigating the circumstances surrounding the abduction of a 22-year-old self-employed welder of La Romaine, San Fernando. According to police reports, Hayden Richards of Jones Street, left home home around 11 am on Friday. According to police reports, around 1 am yesterday, Richards’ wife Debbie, received a telephone call in which the caller demanded a payment of $2 million, according to the police report. The woman immediately called the police and within minutes members of the Anti-Kidnapping Squad visited the home. ASP Lambert is spearheading investigations.
