20 years of floods

THE EDITOR: Mr James Lowell wrote in your paper on December 3 that the flooding in Cocorite has been going on now for the past two years. I would like Mr Lovell to know that when I was living in the Westmoorings area approximately 20 years ago, the area was prone to flooding. I do believe that it has been going on now for at least 30 years. Mr Lowell has obviously just moved into the West.
