Joseph wins Champions Scalextric

Junior Joseph finished on 80.1 points to emerge Champion of Champions in the recent Scalextric competition.

He beat Peter de Montbrun and Derek La Guerre into second and third respectively with 75.1 and 69.9 points. Ravindra Maharaj was fourth scoring 68.7. Joseph has now advanced to the Caribbean Scalextric Championships carded for August in Guyana where he will compete in the 15-75 age group, Castrol’s Sunil George was on hand to distribute gallons of motor oil to the finalists.
