Moving a competent Minister

THE EDITOR: I am writing as I see it, as a Hindu Trinidadian. I want to thank Mr Colm Imbert for the job he has done in the Ministry of Health for so many years. The Health system has been going down, until Mr Imbert started putting things in place. It took some time, because he wanted a professional job. After two years, all complaints were coming to a halt and all the health facilities were up to standard, and that’s when the Honourable Prime Minister comes and reshuffles Cabinet. That was not a bad decision but our Prime Minister made one mistake. That is, moving one of the best minister’s in the PNM. In any of your ministries he can serve competently above the rest. I suggest in the next reshuffle the Honourable Prime Minister should replace himself with the Honourable Colm Imbert.
