Wu-Shu on San Fernando Hill

THE Wu-Shu Association of Trinidad and Tobago  invites the public to join them for a free Kung Fu/Tai-Chi session at San Fernando Hill, San Fernando, from 9 am on Sunday. This public session is part of the national Wu-Shu team’s training process. Students have been going through regular fitness tests aimed at preparing them for future international competitions, and as part of this effort Caribbean Wu-Shu Federation president Sifu Rhaman Khabir, is currently in negotiations to have a certified Chinese coach visit Trinidad and Tobago. This coach will work with local athletes to help them meet international standards as they continue preparations.
