Temperatures rising in panyards

Panorama 2004 kicked off last Thursday and continued through the weekend with panyard judging in the East, North and South/Central regions.

The pannists were not disappointed as hundreds of pan loving patrons turned up at each venue to see and hear their favourite band perform. With the crowd behind them and a determination to get into the semi-finals in the Queen’s Park Savannah next week each band gave it their all, providing the judges with an extremely difficult task. Our photographer was on hand at the North and South Central Zones preliminary round and captured these highlights.
