Reasons for war only half-baked — not cooked
THE EDITOR: “Powell says pre-war intelligence was not cooked” was the headline on page 18 of your issue of March 15. Can we assume that the Secretary of State would agree that the information he used was “half-baked” — that is, it was not thorough, and was not complete.
