Enforcing laws in rush hours

THE Editor: The TT Police Service are running some Radio ads advising motor vehicle drivers that they will be enforcing the various Traffic Laws in “Rush Hours.” This is most laudable, but I would have thought that they should not only be enforcing these laws in “Rush Hours” but all the time. Moreover surely this is their duty and this is what they are paid to do. Why do we need to be reminded?
