Laptop with economics research forgotten in maxi
University student Sharon Gillard is appealing to the public for assistance in locating her Dell Laptop which was accidentally left in a maxi-taxi at City Gate yesterday between 10.30 am and 11 am. Gillard said she was seated behind the driver of the maxi-taxi. She is desperate to have the computer returned because her examinations are scheduled to begin on April 28.
The laptop contains all the research she collected during the term in preparation for her final exam. Gillard is completing her Masters degree in Economics at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine. “I don’t know what to do,” a tearful Gillard said. Anyone with information on the laptop can contact her at 788-6366.
