Pastor robbed during prayer service

A 42-year-old pastor and five members of his congregation were held up and robbed during a prayer service on Tuesday night. Reports revealed that around 9.30 pm, Pastor Ramdath Rampaul of the House of God was conducting a prayer session when three men armed with guns entered the church and held up the pastor and five others.

They robbed him of a wallet containing cash, jewelry and other items. The five others were also robbed of cash and jewelry. The bandits then took  the keys of a Silver B-14 Sentra car belonging to Pastor Rampaul. A report was made at the Chaguanas Police Station and PC Kirk Sheppard is investigating.
