New Unit to help small enterprises

Small and medium enterprises sourcing private equity financing now have the opportunity to ensure that their business proposals are viable through the Advisory and Mentoring Unit, recently established by the Venture Capital Incentive Programme (VCIP). The unit seeks to provide and support services, aimed at addressing the weaknesses commonly identified in business proposals in order to increase their viability prior to seeking financing. Among the services are business plan formulation, market research, accounting and auditing services, financial management, general management, legal and venture capital support. These services were identified as critical to the development of successful deal flows to financiers.
