TT march against climate change
“Today we march along with hundreds of thousands of people around the world who believe that this is the time for us to change.
By gathering here today we are saying as a collective that we care.
We are telling the people that who make the decisions on how Trinidad and Tobago votes in the summit, that we need a change.” said Nikita Poon Kin, one of the directors of the I Am Movement during her opening speech Concerned environmentalists gathered at the Nelson Mandela Park to begin their march. After opening remarks, scores of persons marched from the Nelson Mandela Park, to and around the Queen’s Park Savannah.
The movement ended their march in the Savannah near Queen’s Royal College, where they gathered in the shape of a heart
