TTEC HONOURS WORKERS

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (TTEC) recently hosted its 50th Employee Recognition and Awards Ceremony at the Hilton Trinidad Ballroom. During the gala event, more than 300 employees were honoured for long service and outstanding performances. Special focus was on the workers who went to Grenada in the aftermath of Hurricane Ivan to restore electricity on the devastated island. Public Utilities Minister Pennelope Beckles, who gave the keynote address, as well as TTEC chairman Devenand Ramlal, paid tribute to outgoing general manager Denis Singh for his 37 years of service to the company.
