No lights out family in danger

My point is this: the Housing Development Corporation has installed street lamps only in the Fairfield and Broomage Housing Development area so I am to believe that I am not folks too.

It is not only a high risk for pedestrians and other road users but also for my family.

Given the widespread crime situation in our country I am asking TTE C to kindly complete installing street lamps that it has started at Persad Avenue.

The lack of lights is posing a great risk to pedestrians, vehicle owners and my home as one never knows or sees who is calling or passing at night.
