Get serious about Zika

Florida in the US has Zika zones. The authorities there are also having press conferences about the virus, putting things in place to keep pregnant women safe, to keep pregnant women away from the Zika zones.

We need to be more proactive.

There needs to be more spraying of areas suspected to harbour the Aedes aegypti mosquito, cleaning of drains and getting rid of debris around the neighbourhood.

Miami is taking this virus very seriously. We need to do the same in our country. Let’s get serious, the Zika virus is dangerous.
