Thompson new Digicel chairman

Her appointment means that John Delves will take over as Digicel TT.

Delves had a stint with the Digicel Group in Jamaica. Thompson has enjoyed a stellar ten year career with Digicel, starting in 2006 as marketing manager. Her positions included Head of Marketing; Marketing Director; Chief Operations Officer and then finally Chief Executive Officer.

Thompson will also remain as a director on the Digicel TT Foundation Board in the role of secretary.

Delves has eight years’ experience with Digicel across several senior leadership roles in the Asia Pacific and the Caribbean. He previously served as Digicel TT CEO from 2012 to 2015. He will also have oversight for the Digicel markets of St. Lucia; Grenada and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
