Celebrating ITEC day

ITEC is a programme which trains and build people professional capacity in different countries. It is also a programme which is unique in civilian and defence courses which take place in different parts of India.

Two students who participated in the ITEC programme give a summary of their stay and experiences in the country. This year two more students will travel to India on the ITEC programme.

Addressing the scholars were Minister of Public Administration Maxie Cuffie, Port-of-Spain Mayor Joel Martinez and past ITEC scholars.
