EMA sends team
In a release, the EMA said Angostura was contacted and the Authority’s team will visit the areas where the odours have been reported to determine the source of the environmental concern and whether any immediate remedial actions are required.
The EMA stated it will continue to closely monitor the situation and provide any relevant updates as they become available.
The Authority encouraged members of the public to contact them at 680-9588 and 285- 4362, or via email complaints@ ema.co.tt to report environmental incidents of a similar nature.
