Murder in Laventille

According to reports, Dubari was at a parlour on Fort Chacon in Laventille at about 8 am when he got into an argument with a man from the area. The argument got physical and Dubari was shot multiple times. He slumped to the ground while the gunman ran off. Police were called in and Dubari was rushed to the Portof- Spain General Hospital but died while undergoing emergency surgery.

Police later set up roadblocks in Laventille and hours later, the suspect was arrested. An autopsy will be done today at the Forensic Science Centre in St James.
