Govt must pay property tax

The residents of the shack should pay more property tax than the mansion. The Government should pay more property tax for the highrise than the owner of the mall.

Churches, schools, stadiums, performing arts building and towers should pay property tax.

The Government must pay property tax. The Government should not be exempted as it owns properties.

The property tax books should be open for all to ensure the Government pays the tax.
