Three men shot on Besson Street

Police told Newsday the shooting occurred at about 2 pm.

According to reports, the men were working at the St Paul’s Recreation Ground when they were approached by gunmen and shot several times.

Police were alerted and members of the Besson Street Police Station responded.

They found the men lying on the ground and took them to hospital.

They are said to be in a serious but stable condition.
