Teen charged with murder

A Tunapuna teenager will appear before a Tunapuna magistrate today charged with the murder of Mark Joseph. Joseph, alias “Roach,” was shot dead in a drain on Knolly Trace, Fairley Street, Tunapuna, on November 30 2004.  Following extensive investigations by a team of officers, led by Sgt Don Lezama, instructions were given by the Director of Public Prosecutions to lay a charge of murder.
