Curepe man slips and dies

A Curepe man died in a freak accident while going to bathe on Friday. Pest control technician Brian Thomas, 46, slipped and hit his head on a piece of concrete while going to bathe on the southern side of his house. He succumbed to his injuries before anyone could to come to his aid. According to a relative, Jason Nanton: “We went on a job earlier, came home and was resting. Around 3 pm I asked Brian for assistance in picking matching colours in clothes to wear.

“He said he was going to bathe. I left, went nearby to call my wife, spoke to one or two people and returned about a half hour after. I called out to Brian but got no answer. “I looked out the window and there he was lying flat on the ground.” Thomas’ death was the third is three days reported as freak accidents.
