Valsayn businessman’s daughter abducted

According to reports, Tessa was walking with her sister Ria Maharaj in the mall car park at 6.10 pm, when a white Nissan B 14 pulled up. Three men jumped out of the car, grabbed her, forced the screaming woman into the car and sped out in the Valsayn south area before the mall security could react. Ramdath, of Valsayn South Road, manages the Cost Plus Ten Store, one of her father’s two business places at the mall.

Acting on information, police went into Valsayn south in search of the car, but came up empty-handed.

The Anti-Kidnapping Squad was contacted and has taken over the investigation. Efforts to speak with family members proved futile.
