Ramsubhag was a passenger in a car driven by Akedo James, of Guaracara, whose car was involved in a two-car collision along Lady Hailes Avenue, San Fernando shortly after midnight last week Thursday.

According to police reports, at about 12.10 am James, the manager of TGI Friday’s south branch, was driving a silver Toyota Super Saloon in a northerly direction when he crashed into a black Toyota Corolla driven by Kevon Ramirez, 25, of Caroni. James and Ramirez are also warded at hospital, but in a stable condition.

James is being treated for a broken right shin, while Ramirez is being treated for a fractured left shoulder, broken right shin, and fractured right pelvis.
